Welcome to Vigilaris Online booking system for reserving places on our Annual Fire Precautions Training courses for BAA UK airports (including Heathrow and Stansted) and Gatwick Airport.

Please note: This is a new system that was launched in September 2011. Even if you used our booking system previously, you are required to re-register on this system and enter all appropriate information.

This new system makes it easier for people to make and manage bookings. The main improvements are:

• The naming of a principle user who will be responsible for the account but who can appoint other users to manage and make bookings
• The ability to pay by credit card or on account all done on line (no longer the need to email booking forms)
• A better management system for all users.

Before you can make any new bookings you will need to complete our online registration form. You can only complete the online registration form if you are the main user from your company. If you are not the main user, please ask your manager or appropriate person within your company to register and add you as authorised users. Once the company is registered and you have been added by your company main user as an authorised user, you will then be able to log in (log in details will be emailed by the system automatically) and book attendees to any of the available courses. Please be aware that if your company does not have a company account with us all bookings will be required to be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

If you do not have a valid account with us and need an application form, please email accounts@vigilaris.com (please allow for up to 7 business days after you submitted the application for processing time).

If you are the company main user, please click on the register link at the top of the register/login panel on the left to go to the registration page.

Please note: As part of the registration process you will also need to provide full invoicing details (including PO Number) these are required to generate receipts for credit card payment and/or invoicing purposes). If your company does not have a valid and open account with Vigilaris, you will be able to pay online by credit card and receive a detailed receipt by email for your records.

If you've already registered with us on this new system or have been set up by your company main user as an authorised user, please enter your login details to access the booking system. Upon successful completion of the payment process you will receive an electronic receipt for your transaction or confirmation of booking if paying on account.
